It started in April 1994 when Evangelist franklin M Grant got an invitation to go to Mexico City with a program called Hands across the World, he was working in what was known as West Indies Union Conference which included Jamaica the Bahamas islands and Cayman
Islands. He invited Pastor Milton Mahabee and lay
preacher Ramon Martinez to accompany him.
